CNC MACHINING

We manufacture small parts on CNC machines. We have cutting-edge machines by brands like OKUMA, HAAS, including 4-axis machines. Our machine park allows us to manufacture even the most complicated and precise small parts. We machine all types of materials such as tool steels, aluminium, plastics and special materials (titanium, ceramics). We offer comprehensive manufacturing of small parts, including coating (anodizing, zinc plating, nickelling, Teflon plating)

Milling: max. dimensions of a part 1,000 x 500 x 400
Turning: fi 330 x 1,000

QUALITY CONTROL

We conduct a thorough quality control of manufactured parts at every production stage. On the customer’s request, we provide material certificates and quality control sheets. We have measuring instruments of companies such as Mitutoyo, Tesa, Mahr. These instruments are regularly certified to provide the highest precision and reliability of measurements.

DESIGNING OF MACHINES AND DEVICES

We design and manufacture complex machines and devices.

We manufacture special tools, technological equipment, grips. We create models in the form of 3D files and 2D technical drawings.

3D CAD DESIGNING | CAM

We employ experienced engineers, technologists and CAM programmers. We have three SolidWorks and SolidCAM stations. We have software to visualize SolidWorks Visualize projects. We manufacture small parts based on the received documentation or a consigned item. We provide services related to creating programmes for CNC machines (for companies which do not have their own CAM software).
